Assignment 3 : Monochromatic Makeup

Make-Up is the key of a successful look and is your best ally in the fashion world. You can't choose randomly which lipstick to use, or the color of your eye shadow. Every detail counts and you have to turn this at your advantage. As a basic, you MUST know everything about this curious art.
So it’s time to prove us your skills in Beauty Section. You have to do a close shoot with a beautiful and sophisticated make-up. But girls, we’re in a fashion competition, so this won’t be that easy. This look will be a monochromatic one. You’re free to choose the color you want, but this will be the only one you will be able to wear. So choose it carefully!
Don't forget our requirements. We want a high-fashion shoot. You're completely free about the context you want to give to your photo, but think FASHION and UNIQUENESS.

Rules for this assignment
- Wearing a monochromic fashion makeup
- The photo must be a close-up portrait shot
- Editing is allowed
Picture allowed : 1
Categorie of shot : Close-up portrait shot

Most important things about a stunning photo :
- Good quality & size
- Creativity and good use of the theme
- A STUNNING model

IMPORTANT NOTE :
As we all always say, you are in a fashion competition, so please never present a picture with your model only standing, default sitting or walking. Custom poses are there for a reason so use them, your pictures will be much better. The competition is about high fashion & modeling so we'll be really hard on pictures that are not using a good pose !
If you are not creating your own poses, you got a lot of custom poses on the community, you can find them on the
SFTNF Catalogue or on MS3B
And don't forget that many TUTORIALS are there just to help you, they are very helpful so don't hesitate.

We know that the competition is going kinda slow lately but as long as you receive your assignments, you don't have to worry too much. Some judges get busy elsewhere so that's the main reason. Scores are in progress and assignment 4 will be posted soon.

This photo is simply stunning. The makeup, the eyes, the pose, the angle. We can definitely say that you nailed it. One thing you should now take care of it's all the other details like the hair glitch, even tho your photo is already gorgeous, you need to fix those details if you want it to be perfect ! . Congratulation !

Whata beautiful photo Cara. I think the makeup could have been kind of better, but you know how to use that gorgeous face and almost make us forget what we asked for. What a beautiful photo Gwen ! The makeup is great, the pose too ! You're the only one who took a shot eyes closed, i think it shows that you're not afraid of taking risks. I must admit that i would like to have seen your face even better but here you show the makeup and that's the point. You know how to play with lighting and angles so keep doing what you do cause you're on the right track !

Great photo Elaina but i think you went a little Basic. We've seen this makeup so many times everywhere so it's nothing really new and creative. However, it's a stunning dark photo, your face is gorgeous. I regret that you went for a bad category of shot, we should be able to see your face and makeup better than that. You did a great job no matter what but please you have to use more of your creativity.

What a stunning face Aisling ! Unfortunately for this assignment you probably chose not such a good makeup. It's dark, it's beautiful but i think the black ''Veins'' on your face are too much. This pic could be great for Halloween but i think we expected something different. However, the eyes are completely gorgeous and the chosen pose too.

That's a great shot Desiree, not a sensational one but still great. I love the color you chose for the makeup, that's a stunning blue. You have killer eyes and you can make them stand out easily ! Now i think what you have to do is to go to another level, you have to use all your tools to create something fiercest !

I have to say that i'm still here expecting so much better from you Farrah. You do a great job, but you have to do a WONDERFUL job cause right now there's many girls who runs this competition with fierceness and creativity. You have a gorgeous face and beautiful features, now you have to use them ! Your pic is great, nothing less but nothing more. And be careful when you decide to edit, you have to work on all details, that hair job is not good. I know you can impress us !

Ella, we can't deny that this is an incredible photo. However, it's probably completely out of the theme. This is all too much for a monocromatic makeup assignment. You can edit, you can make this face stunning but you have to be careful of not trying tooooo much. Take your time to consider the theme.

Aw my dear Kimora. You know how your potential is big, but here you totally didnt use it. That photo could have been a good one but you didnt use your tools properly. You know how we're looking for Fierceness ! I'm really disappointed cause you started good but this photo is a flop. You are stunning, you can be fashion, you can be fierce but you still have to work on you to offer something incredible !

Not your best photo Catalina. We can barely see a makeup here to be honest. Your face can be still gorgeous and fashion. Not such an incredibile photo but i love how you took that shot very close, that way we can see perfectly your face which is a great thing. However i don't see a lot of work here. You can do better and we know you will !

Monique Monique Monique ! You have everything to be stunning and fashion. A gorgeous freckled face. But here, this is so amateur. It looks like you took some crayola pen to draw that pink makeup. That makeup makes your eyes smaller and awkard, that was a really bad choice.
